Xhejlan Halimi
Besim Veseli – State Lawyer of the Republic of North Macedonia for the region of Kumanovo
- Born on April 25, 1985 in the village of Lipkovo, Kumanovo, he completed primary and secondary school in the village of Lipkovo, and the law faculty at the University of South-Eastern Europe, Tetovo in 2009. He completed his post-graduate studies at the FON-Skopje University in the field of Political Sciences in February 2011.
- On July 31, 2012, he was employed in the Framework Agreement Secretariat of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, and in June 2013, he was transferred to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs – NATO Sector.
- In April 2014, he passed the bar exam, and in November 2020, by decision of the RSM Government, he was appointed State Ombudsman of the RSM for the Kumanovo area

Dragan Jovanovski – State Lawyer of the Republic of North Macedonia for the region of Kumanovo
- Born on January 2, 1978 in Kumanovo. I finished primary and secondary education in Kumanovo, and I finished law school in Skopje at Cyril and Methodius University in November 2000.
- After graduating from law school, from February 2001 to October 2002, he worked as a volunteer intern at the Basic Court of Kumanovo.
- From October 2002 to October 2004, he worked for a fixed term as a junior judicial associate-trainee in the Basic Court of Kumanovo.
- He passed the bar exam in October 2003.
- From November 2004 to September 2005, he worked as an associate at the Kumanovo Attorney’s Office.
- From September 2005 to November 10, 2020, he worked as a judicial associate in the Basic Court of Kumanovo, after which he was elected as the State Lawyer for the Kumanovo area.

Valentina Jovanovska – State Lawyer of the Republic of North Macedonia for the region of Kumanovo
- Born on January 14, 1970 in Skopje
- Education: Faculty of Law in Skopje with passed bar exam on June 24, 1996.
Work experience:
- Trainee lawyer from 01.07.1993 to 01.08.1994 and from September 1, 1996. until 01.12.1996 at lawyer Slave Ilievski in Kumanovo
- From September 1, 1998 until 2003 expert associate at the Public Attorney’s Office for the Kumanovo area
- from 2003-2008 advisor in the Public Attorney’s Office for the Kumanovo area
- from 02.12.2008 by Decision of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia No. 33-6418/ appointed as the State Lawyer for the Kumanovo area with a permanent mandate.
Lidija Boškova – State Lawyer of the Republic of North Macedonia for the region of Kavadarci
- Born on 05.1970 in Kavadarci.
- Education:
- Primary and secondary education finished in Kavadarci.
- She graduated in 1993 from UKIM at the Faculty of Law “Justinian the First” Skopje, and in 1999 she passed the Bar Exam.
- In February 2022, she received her master’s degree at UKIM at the “Justinian First” Faculty of Law, Skopje, on the subject of “The State as hereditary” and became a master’s degree in civil material and procedural law.
Work experience:
- From 01.11.1995-31.08.1997 volunteer at the Basic Court Kavadarci
- From 01.09.1997-30.06.2001 employed as a legal representative in FENIMAK DOO Skopje
- From 01.07.2001-11.04.2011 she was employed as a legal representative in FENI INDUSTRIES AD Kavadarci, General Directorate Sector.
- On April 12, 2011, she was appointed State Lawyer of the RNM for the Kavadarci area, with a permanent mandate.
- She participated in thematic consultations, trainings, seminars, domestic and international conferences organized by the EU-Fund for Human Resources Development, USAID, Academy of Judges and Public Prosecutors, State Attorney’s Office of RNM.
- English is actively practiced (conversation, writing and reading)

Susana Kostova-Koceva – State Lawyer of the Republic of North Macedonia for the region of Kavadarci
- Born on 104.1972 in Kavadarci, where she completed primary and secondary education.
- she graduated from UKIM in Skopje at the Faculty of Law “Justinian first” Skopje in 1996, she immediately started volunteering at the Basic Court Kavadarci and in 1999 she passed the Bar Exam.
- From 01.10.2000-15.10.2002 she worked as a lawyer in Skopje
- From October 16, 2002 to September 16, 2007, she was employed as an expert associate at the Basic Court of Kavadarci.
- From 17.09.2007 to 09.11.2020, she was promoted to Head of Court Service-Secretary of the Court in Kavadarci Basic Court.
- In 2017, she obtained her master’s degree on the topic “Detention as a measure or punishment according to the new Law on Criminal Procedure”
- On November 10, 2020, by the Decision of the RSM Government, she was appointed State Lawyer of the RNM for the Kavadarci area, with a permanent mandate.
- She has published her own paper work on the topic “ Legal regulation of detention in the Republic of Macedonia”
- She visited and participated in several national seminars and workshops on the subject “ Independent Judiciary, Administration and Management, Court Practice of the European Court of Human Rights, archival and office work” etc. Also participated in several International Conferences, related to the Independence of the Judiciary, organized by USAID OSCE, Academy of Judges and Public Prosecutors.

Sunchica Kukusheva – State Lawyer of the Republic of North Macedonia for the region of Shtip
- Born on 10.10.1979 in Shtip
- Education:
- 1998 – finished high school “Slavcho Stojmenski” in Shtip, science-mathematics direction
- 1998-2002 – graduated from law studies at the “Justinian I” Faculty of Law, “St. Cyril and Methodius” University – Skopje with an average of 8.38
- 2005 – passed the bar exam
Work experience:
- 2003-2005 – the edge of criminal and civil cases, under the mentorship of the studies from the Court of Appeal in Shtip, as a volunteer-trainee
- 2005-2008 year-based employment relationship at a position Trainee in legal entity Semak Fashion KD Shtip
- 2008-2009 – worked as a Secretary in the Rectorate of the University “Goce Delchev” Shtip, as well as Secretary of the Technical-Technological, Mechanical and Agricultural Faculty of the University
- 2009-2011 – started her working relation on the position of Counselor for legal affairs and representation in the State Attorney’s Office of the Republic of Macedonia for the Shtip area
