• Born on April 25, 1985 in the village of Lipkovo, Kumanovo, he completed primary and secondary school in the village of Lipkovo, and the law faculty at the University of South-Eastern Europe, Tetovo in 2009. He completed his post-graduate studies at the FON-Skopje University in the field of Political Sciences in February 2011.
• On July 31, 2012, he was employed in the Framework Agreement Secretariat of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, and in June 2013, he was transferred to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs – NATO Sector.
• In April 2014, he passed the bar exam, and in November 2020, by decision of the RSM Government, he was appointed State Ombudsman of the RSM for the Kumanovo area
