• Dr. Vishnja Mladenovska was born on 18.7.1978 in Skopje. She graduated in 2001 from the University “St. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje Faculty of Law “Justinian I” in Skopje, and in 2003 she passed the Bar Exam.
• In 2009, she became a Master of Law at the University “St. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje Faculty of Law “Justinian I” in Skopje, and in 2020 a Doctor of Law at the University “St. Cyril and Methodius”  Faculty of Law “Justinian the First” in Skopje. She received her master’s degree on the subject of “Liability for compensation for damage caused at work or in connection with work”, and her doctorate on the subject of “Economic and social rights between the norm and reality”.
• From 2001 to 2011, she worked at Makpetrol AD-Skopje in the Directorate for Legal Affairs and Human Resources.
• In 2011, she was appointed State Attorney for the Skopje area in the State Attorney’s Office of the Republic of North Macedonia.
